MassDOT is working on developing the next Capital Investment Plan (CIP) for state fiscal years 2025-2029. MassDOT staff are holding public meetings across the region to receive public comment on the draft FY2025-2029 CIP, and will be leading a virtual public meeting for the Northern Middlesex and Merrimack Valley region on July 2 from 4:00 to 6:00pm.
